Foreign Travel Immunizations

The Woodford County Health Department has a limited availability of vaccines that are required for foreign travel. We currently offer Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Twinrix (Hepatitis A/B combo), and TDaP. The Health Department recommends beginning vaccines for foreign travel well before the planned trip out of the country so that the vaccines can be most effective. Whether your trip is a vacation or for mission work, be sure to find out what vaccines are recommended for the areas you will be traveling to.
